Restaurants that have consistent DoorDash and in-store prices provide customers with a more trustworthy and reliable experience, and therefore receive higher visibility in the app. We take consistent pricing into consideration when determining when and where a store appears on the homepage. These factors include, but aren’t limited to, efficient restaurant operations, positive customer ratings and reviews, cuisine types that match customer preferences, and consistent pricing between your in-store and DoorDash menus. ITS ROUGH.DoorDash considers a few factors that help determine a restaurant’s visibility in the app. People don't just quit a job they worked so hard for that they planned their future with for nothing. I walked away from a job that is "great" because management. Yes, I tried to speak up but they don't care and even ask people not to discuss pay which is not legal. Has great benefits, usually a WFH option, and okay pay (that's another huge issue, unfair pay. Team lead levels and below that are hourly can have a more enjoyable experience because you do not have to deal with higher up management. Your whole day is spent in meetings that can be messages & then you have no time to get your work done so you end up working so much. NO WORK/LIFE BALANCE (applicable to salaried positions). So many terrible occurrences I have dealing with management where I experienced unfair treatment and absolutely no support when needed (I was a direct report to managers since I was a supervisor so most of my time was dealing with them). This leads to unfair treatment and no one looking out for the people on lower levels. That I could either, suffer through it or effectively quit my job.Īn environment where the rules and expectations do not apply to the management (the level above the supervisors). FMLA did not process my ADA paper work, and my supervisor told me they would not accommodate me. The Doctor suggested I just be on emails for three months to resolve this issue and give my vocal cords a break. Basically I had an issue where my vocal cords were swelling up creating no space for air to get in or out. I had and still have Medical notes and Doctors notes providing me with time for absence. Therefore my job was no longer considered Secure, and I was essentially marked as a no call no show for three days, meaning I had to either quit or be fired because FMLA dropped the ball. They sent me an email informing me that my FMLA had ended, THREE DAYS after it had ended without informing me of the end date originally. However, the FMLA department did not hold their end of the promise. However I got really sick and had to step away for three months with promise from their FMLA department that my job would be secure. I loved my what I did with door-dash Corporate.
